Beth and Bob Kennett, along with their adult sons, Tom and David, care for 240 acres and 270 award-winning dairy cows at Liberty Hill Farm in Rochester, Vermont. In addition to farming, Beth is a world-renowned hotelier who runs Liberty Hill as an agritourism farm stay inn. In 1984 the Kennetts opened their doors to welcome guests from around the world, becoming the state’s first Green Agritourism Enterprise. Liberty Hill has been named a top farm stay destination in the world by Bloomberg Business Week. They have also been named best farmstay in the United States by Better Homes and Gardens and Yankee Magazine. Beth and her family are committed to sustainable farming and green practices in all of their working enterprises.
