Jorge is the founder of Hispanic Kitchen, a combined media platform focused exclusively on Latin flavors, now part of Hispanicize Media Group. Hispanic Kitchen is followed by more than 1.2 million fans on Facebook. Prior to launching Hispanic Kitchen, Jorge worked as an editor and consultant. A native of Miami, he was inspired by the melting pot of Latin cuisines present in his hometown to create Hispanic Kitchen in 2009. Ceviche is one of his all-time favorite foods. He studied Communication at Florida International University and also earned an MBA at FIU’s Chapman Graduate School of Business.
