Ms. Miller-Ka is a classically trained chef with degrees from East Carolina University and Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Miami. Formerly, she’s worked as a researcher, an editorial assistant, investigative reporter. Currently she is based in North Carolina and is a Chief Taste Officer and tour guide extraordinaire for Taste Carolina Gourmet Food Tours, food columnist for the daily Greensboro News & Record, a former competitor at the World Food Championships, and a regular contributor to CBS affiliate WFMY-2’s Good Morning Show. She has also worked as a catering chef, a pastry chef, a butcher, a baker, and a biscuit-maker.
