Debbie Lyons-Blythe

Debbie Lyons-Blythe is a mom, wife, blogger and a cattle rancher in Kansas. Her husband works in town, so she is in charge of the 500 cows in the Flint Hills–the last of the native tall grass prairies in the world.

She wants us to know that sustainability is not just a buzz word – it is vital to the future of food production. Hear how cattle ranchers are working with retailers to improve the sustainability of our American beef supply and see photos of the beautiful Flint Hills and hear how ranchers have saved this particular environment for posterity.
