Safest Choice No-Bake Summer Recipe Contest | Food and Wine Conference

We are proud to announce this contest thanks to Davidson’s Safest Choice Eggs, a gold sponsor of the conference:

When: April 17 to June 27, 2014

First place winner will receive:

  • $500 gift card
  • Reimbursement for their full conference pass to the Food and Wine Conference in Orlando, FL.
  • A year’s supply of Safest Choice Eggs (52 coupons for a free dozen)
  • The recipe will be featured on the Safest Choice website and social media channels

Second place winner will receive:

  • $200 gift card
  • Reimbursement for their full conference pass to the Food and Wine Conference in Orlando, FL.
  • A year’s supply of Safest Choice Eggs (52 coupons for a free dozen)
  • The recipe will be featured on the Safest Choice website and social media channels

How To Enter:

  1. Develop an original summer no-bake recipe featuring Safest Choice eggs.
  2. Publish a blog post with the recipe between April 17 and June 27, 2014.
  3. Share your blog post on Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest*, and Instagram between April 17 and June 27, 2014 using the conference hashtag #fwcon
  4. Enter your submission into the linky tool below.

*We will create a special Pinterest board for this contest.

Judging:

Safest Choice’s culinary team will select the winning recipe from all eligible entries. The culinary team will disqualify previously published recipes, such as but not limited to those in cookbooks, in magazines, from food companies, on food blogs, or recipe websites, and winners in cooking contests, unless the recipe features changes he considers significant.

Winner Notification:

The winners will be notified confidentially prior to the conference. The winners will be announced publicly at the conference. Winners must be in attendance at the conference to receive the prizes.

Rules:

  1. Recipes must include Davidson’s Safest Choice pasteurized eggs as an ingredient.
  2. Recipes may be savory or sweet and must be prepared without the use of an oven.
  3. Recipe must be the original creation of Entrant. Recipe may not have been previously published or otherwise owned, sold or conveyed to a third party, may not have won previous awards, must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. Winner will be required to certify, on information or belief, that their recipe is their original creation.
  4. Contest is open to entrants who are Food and Wine Conference attendees 18 years of age or older and not an employee, officer, director or agent of National Pasteurized Eggs Company and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies and members of their immediate family.
