Rosen Shingle Creek Recipe Contest

We are proud to announce this contest thanks to Rosen Shingle Creek, a presenting sponsor of the conference, in celebration of Rosen’s 40th Anniversary:

When: April 6 to June 15, 2014

Recipe Contest winner will receive:

  • Two night stay at Rosen Shingle Creek*
  • $100 Rosen Shingle Creek dining gift card
  • Reimbursement for their full conference pass to the Food and Wine Conference in Orlando, FL.
  • The recipe also may be a featured during the Taste of Rosen Shingle Creek Opening Ceremony at the Food and Wine Conference.

Social Media Engagement winner will receive:

  • Two night stay at Rosen Shingle Creek*
  • $100 Rosen Shingle Creek dining gift card
  • Reimbursement for their full conference pass to the Food and Wine Conference in Orlando, FL.

How To Enter:

  1. Develop an original recipe inspired by one of the Rosen Shingle Creek dining options A Land Remembered – Steakhouse, Cala Bella – Italian Bistro, Mi Casa Tequila Taqueria – Mexican Restaurant, Banrai Sushi — Sushi, Tobias Flats & Watering Hole – Unique Flatbreads
  2. Publish a blog post with the recipe between April 6 and June 15, 2014.
  3. Blog post must contain links to the Food and Wine Conference website, Rosen Shingle Creek website, Rosen Shingle Creek restaurant the recipe is inspired by, and Rosen Shingle Creek’s Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and Google+ accounts (see social media links below).
  4. Share your blog post on twitter, facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and Google+ between April 6 and June 15, 2014 using the conference hashtag #fwcon
  5. Enter your submission into the linky tool below.

A special Pinterest board will be set up for this contest.

Judging:

Rosen Shingle Creek hotel representatives will select the winning recipes from all eligible entries. One winner will be based on the recipe and the other will be based on social engagement.

Winner Notification:

The winners will be notified confidentially prior to the conference. The winners will be announced publicly at the conference and on social media. Winners must be in attendance at the conference to receive the prizes.

Rules:

  1. Recipes must be inspired by one of the dining options Rosen Shingle Creek.
  2. Recipe must be the original creation of Entrant. Recipe may not have been previously published or otherwise owned, sold or conveyed to a third party, may not have won previous awards, must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
  3. Contest is open to entrants who are Food and Wine Conference attendees 18 years of age or older and not an employee, officer, director or agent of Rosen Shingle Creek and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies and members of their immediate family.

*Two night stay is not valid July 18 through July 20, 2014 (Food and Wine Conference weekend).
